WorkWell in £10.5 million Harrogate development
A major investment in Harrogate promises to boost local employment and provide a modern workspace for businesses in the area.
Leeds-based office provider WorkWell has invested £10.5 million to redevelop the Copthall Bridge site in central Harrogate, creating five direct roles and supporting 360 jobs in the town.
The new facility, opening in January 2025, is tailored for SMEs and owner-operated businesses, offering flexible office spaces, co-working areas and meeting rooms for hourly rental.
Oliver Corrigan, managing director of WorkWell, said: “Copthall Bridge will raise the bar for premium office space in Harrogate.
“It can be tailored to suit any business need, and we are experts in creating work environments that support productivity and employee wellbeing.”
Located near transport links and Harrogate’s town centre, Copthall Bridge aims to attract local and national businesses seeking to establish or expand their presence.
With a strong reputation for designing technology-enabled hybrid workspaces, WorkWell currently supports 800 workers monthly across its sites, providing seamless operational support to its tenants.
Oliver added: “As a Yorkshire business, we are proud to bring this new development to Harrogate and create new jobs in the town.”
